Nicole L. Voigt, Attorney at Law, focuses her law practice in commercial and residential real estate transactions, as well as related contracts, leases, land use, zoning, and environmental matters, and tax assessment appeals. Ms. Voigt additionally practices landlord-tenant law, including commercial lease negotiations for landlords or business tenants, and representing residential landlords in all aspects of the landlord/tenant relationship. Ms. Voigt is a Court appointed landlord tenant mediator. Ms. Voigt also focuses in business formation and business contracts. Ms. Voigt offers litigation services arising from business, real estate, environmental, land-use, landlord-tenant, collections, construction, and administrative permitting and proceedings. Ms. Voigt received her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law in 2000, and obtained licensure in Massachusetts (2001), Pennsylvania (2008), and New Jersey (2008). Ms. Voigt received a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology & Systematic Biology with a minor in Statistics in 1995 from California Polytechnic State University. Ms. Voigt enjoys using her interdisciplinary background to facilitate land use matters and remediation of contaminated sites pursuant to the Site Remediation Reform Act. Stephanie N. Hawkins, Real Estate Paralegal, received her Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Legal Business with an AACSB International Accreditation and Associate of Science degree in Paralegal Studies in 2012 from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. In 2011, Ms. Hawkins interned for criminal defense attorney Blair Hindman, of Garbarino, Neely, Hindman and Huwar, L.L.P.   Ms. Hawkins was an active member of Zeta Tau Alpha from 2009-2012, a nationally incorporated fraternity whose philanthropy is the ZTA Foundation for Breast Cancer Awareness and Education.  They participate in Community Service Day, various blood drives and work with the American Red Cross. During the month of October, they raise money for Breast Cancer Education and Awareness and participate in Reading for a Cure and other awareness activities. From 2011-2012, Ms. Hawkins was the secretary of Eagle Ambassadors, a student-alumni relations group who strives for better relations with Clarion’s Alumni and friends. They work very closely with Dr. Karen Whitney, president of Clarion University, and complete activities at the request of her proposal. They take part in various community service activities such as Donate-A-Meal, Relay for Life and March of Dimes, while offering events for the campus as a whole.
