The Client Care Program, now in its seventh year, was created to give our estate planning clients an opportunity to have their Last Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives for Healthcare or Living Wills, and other documents, reviewed in light of present-day law and opportunities.  The firm has prepared thousands of Last Wills and other documents over the years, and this program gives our clients peace of mind.

Have your Last Will and other documents reviewed

At the beginning of each year, clients for whom Law Offices of Robert J. Shanahan, Jr. have prepared Last Wills, Powers of Attorneys, Living Wills or Trusts, are contacted by the firm and given an opportunity to join the annual program.  For a small flat fee, the firm will review the client’s present documents and estate and will make recommendations for any changes.  Changes will be made for no additional cost, and many clients use this opportunity to make more personal changes like replacement of an Executor or to add a new beneficiary to a Last Will.

In addition, program members are invited to two dinner meetings during the year, again at no additional charge, to hear presentations about interesting topics, many on cutting-edge issues, or major areas of concern in the news, and to our clients.

The Client Care Program affords our valued clients an opportunity to connect more personally with the firm and obtain peace of mind despite the years that have gone by since their documents were signed.  We like the program because it allows us to serve our clients in a more continual and personal way, which, traditionally, lawyers have not been able to do.

The lawyers at Law Offices of Robert J. Shanahan, Jr. care about our clients and enjoy serving and learning more about the people who have entrusted us with their care.  Bob Shanahan brings his expertise and experience to our clients each year. Invitation letters are going out, but you don’t have to wait.  Call our office today and join!
